JDSDRIVING LESSONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Cancellations should be made directly to me 48 hours prior to the lesson appointment; otherwise the lesson is still chargeable.
- Repeat cancellations and when lessons are not kept regularly, could result in your place being offered to someone else
- I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a Driving lesson should the driver be under the influence of alcohol, or any other substance that would contravene road safety.
- A test can only be booked with my full consent. I reserve the right to withdraw the use of my car should I feel you are not up to test standard.
- I cannot be held responsible for driving tests postponed or cancelled by the Driving Standards Agency.
- In the event of a mechanical breakdown of my vehicle, I reserve the right to rearrange a driving lesson to a time convenient for both you and myself.
- The driving school allows up to 15 minutes waiting time for the instructor, due to unforeseen delays such as traffic etc. No time will be lost to you should this be the case.
- All block booking payments are non refundable. The lessons must be taken within a six month period; otherwise the remaining lessons will be forfeited without possibility of a refund.
